Sometime God don't send angels , he send a good lawyer.
Ben won every court date conference just dismantling my probation officer and police offices on the screen.
We both felt very strongly on our chances of winning and beating my revocation hearing, however BIA judge seen other wise revoking my probabtion. stating his reason that made absolutely no sense and omittion of the FACTS!.
We appeal our case to the head ADA judge , re-presented the FACTS. We both never loss hope of the best possible outcome.
21 days later head ADA judge demanded my DOC agent to release my hold.
Ben fought teeth and nail to the very end through all the adversity .
